Thursday night 9/20: Casual dinner at BW-3’s for those in early. Pay your own way.
Friday 9/21: 9:30am gathering in the parking lot at the hotel for departure to Malabar Farm. We have a noon appointment for 15 people to tour the main house. Then we’ll make a lunch reservation at the Malabar Inn. Afterwords people can continue on in the afternoon and hang, return to the hotel or go to Mid-Ohio.
PLEASE GO TO THIS MY28.COM FORUM THREAD AND ADD YOUR NAME TO THE LIST PLANNING ON ATTENDING SO WE HAVE A GOOD HEAD COUNT FOR THE TOUR AND LUNCH. We believe the tour is free but they ask for a donation. Lunch will be pay your own way although we’ll be in a group setting.
Friday night: 6pm-? BBQ at Rodney’s place about 15 minutes from the hotel. BYOB but Rodney will be supplying sides and hot dogs and maybe burgers. If you want to bring a side or dessert you are more than welcome.
Saturday 9/22: 5erFest at the Grove City Cruise and Ride. PLEASE REGISTER AT THE GROVE CITY CRUISE & RIDE SITE AND WE WILL HAVE A SPECIAL AREA FOR BMWS.
Saturday Night: Dinner near the hotel and then hang in the parking lot location TBA.
